Ode To Megan

Thank you for giving me a person worth sharing things with.
No matter how much instruction other people give me, you will always be my best teacher;
You've taught me what it means to be patient, unselfish, trusting, and hopeful.
Thank you for making our marriage a growing process;
Marriage never "just works", and I'm glad that we can always talk about anything that is bothering us.
It is a joy to know that you are us, joined as one, yet you will always be Megan the individual.
The one and only Megan, who is always passionate;
The one and only Megan, who has an enormous sensitivity to people around her;
Megan, that kind of care gets me excited, imagining the unique kind of difference you will make, extending the Reign of God in this world.

Thank you for letting me get away for much longer than I need to as I work on my website or do some surfing ;-)
You remind me that coming together strengthens relationships.
Finally, thank you for your embrace, which I cherish each and every day;
I love knowing that you are always there.
